Cancellation Policy
How deposits, changes and cancellations work. Last updated August 2026.

Deposits
A €50 deposit secures every appointment and is deducted from the price of your treatment on the day.
Rescheduling
You can move your appointment once with at least 48 hours notice and your deposit moves with you. Inside 48 hours the deposit is retained, because that time can rarely be filled at short notice.
Cancellations
Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice are refunded in full. Cancellations inside 48 hours, and appointments missed without notice, forfeit the deposit.
Running late
If you are more than fifteen minutes late I may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment so that the clients after you are not kept waiting.
If I have to cancel
If I need to cancel or move your appointment, you will be offered the first available alternative or a full refund of your deposit, whichever you prefer.
Illness
If you are unwell, please tell me. I would far rather move your appointment than treat you when you are not well, and I will not penalise you for it.
